Privacy and personal data

What we collect and why

When you send a request we store your name, phone, email, addresses, date and what you write about the move. We use the details to reply, prepare a quote and carry out the job. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. If you book, the details are processed to fulfil the contract and for bookkeeping as required by law.

How long

Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted no later than twelve months after they arrive. Details of completed jobs are kept as long as Swedish bookkeeping law requires, currently seven years.

Who has access

The site is hosted by Cloudflare and requests are forwarded by an email service. They process the details on our behalf and may not use them for anything else. We never sell personal data.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have errors corrected and to have data deleted when it is no longer needed. Contact us at [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Cookies

The site uses no cookies for tracking or marketing. If the Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection is switched on, it is used only to stop automated form submissions.

When you type an address in the booking form, suggestions come from an open address search built on OpenStreetMap (Photon, run by komoot in Germany). What you type in the address field is sent there through our own server, without your IP address, name or other details.
