What is move-out cleaning (flyttstädning)?
In Sweden you are expected to leave a rented or sold home thoroughly cleaned for the next occupant. Move-out cleaning covers every room, the kitchen appliances, the bathroom and the windows, following a set checklist.
What if the landlord or buyer is not happy?
Contact us within 10 days and we come back and fix what was pointed out, at no extra cost.
Does the price include RUT?
Yes, the guide price on this page is after RUT. RUT is a Swedish tax deduction for household services. If you pay income tax in Sweden and have a Swedish personal identity number (personnummer), you pay only half of the labour cost and we claim the rest from the Swedish Tax Agency. Transport, travel and materials are not covered. Without RUT the price is double.
Can I book the move and the cleaning together?
Yes. Choose Move-out cleaning as an extra when you book your move, and we schedule the cleaning once the home is empty.
